How it works

From your management experience
to your next stage
of leadership.

A leadership assessment, an individual development plan and work on a real strategic challenge from your company connect learning with your development as a manager.

  1. Understand your starting point

Review your leadership and the capabilities you need to strengthen through an initial assessment.

    Leadership assessment
  2. Define your development

Turn your priorities into an individual plan and exchange perspectives with fellow managers.

  3. Work on a real challenge

Apply your learning to a strategic challenge in your company and test new ways of working.

Let your development show
in how you lead.

Define your starting point and review evidence of progress in four capabilities. Your assessment and real challenge allow the criteria to be adapted to your context.

A few points to help you understand the programme.

Who is this edition for?

Primarily established mining managers, followed by professionals preparing for senior leadership and people taking on their first management role. It develops capabilities continuously for responsibilities such as general management, operations or functional leadership, and executive committee roles.

How do the two memberships differ?

Both include the community, assessment, individual development plan and work on a real strategic challenge. They differ in the level of support: Comunidad focuses on group work; Desarrollo Plus adds a monthly individual session and personalised follow-up.

Is this technical mining training?

The focus is developing management leadership and preparing for broader responsibilities. We work on strategic perspective, influence, change management and developing leaders.
