I am Juan Pablo Sada Cinca, I was born in Mendoza, Argentina and I have been living in Barcelona for years.
Since I was a teenager, I participated in volunteer work that significantly influenced who I am. Observing how people with different resources and in different contexts could develop and achieve goals was exciting to me. I began to wonder what people need to lead a fulfilling life. It was then that I decided to study psychology. I thought that if I understood the human being and its complexity better, I would be able to accompany people in the development of new ways of being and that, in turn, these new ways would allow them to achieve their goals from a state of fulfillment and well-being.
After 10 years co-creating and coordinating spaces for the growth of people and teams, at an educational level, I came to the world of Coaching. This discipline connected me with something beautiful, the possibility of being an active part of the change that many people, on their own initiative, decide to give.
